Dear Francesca,
Though very late, I wish to let you know very shortly my experience.
The trip was fantastic (Rio, Buenos Aires, the cruise from BA to Valparaiso, Valparaiso and Santiago) and the weather also.
We enjoyed so much Punta Arenas including the Zodiac sail to Magdalena. Thank you for all the information about Cerro de la Cruz.
Everything was wonderful.

Francesca--we had a wonderful time in Punta Arenas. Jorge and our driver were first rate. The van was very nice, the estancia and lunch were wonderful--especially the demonstrations with the sheep dog and horses. The only bad part was that we did not have enough time! Would have loved to have had longer and the opportunity to see more. We would not hesitate to recommend you.

Hi Francesca
First I'm writing with a long overdue thank you for the tour you arranged for us when we visited Punta Arenas in February. We all enjoyed it and I want to thank you so much for making the tour arrangements – the van was clean and comfortable so we were able to enjoy our drive around the area. Thank you too for letting us tour with Andrea- she was terrific. More than one person told me they were impressed with how prepared Andrea was with information for us. She was easy to understand, easy going, and pleasant to be with. We liked hearing about the history of the area and current events - it kept us all very interested. She made the day special for us!

A special thank you to you for providing the booklets for us – it was really great for our deaf friend but it was a special memento for all of us.
I want you to know that Peter and I think highly of you and Patagonia Trips and will recommend you and your tours to other cruisers. We hope to return one day and tour with you again because there's still so much to see.

Francesca, we had such a great day with your group on our visit to Cape Froward, and to the Penguinos. Your people are prompt, knowledgeable and so friendly. We went on to Torres del Paine and the Explora Lodge, but nothing topped our cruse with you on the Straits and the climb up Mt Victoria was not surpassed. Thank you for your professionalism and hospitality. We hope to return to Patagonia, soon.
